Mitchell Hollander, Corporate Attorney

Mitchell D. Hollander is a partner in Kane Kessler's Corporate, Business and Securities practice group. Mr. Hollander has experience in representing and advising a variety of clients including private and public companies (which vary from OTC to NYSE listed companies), not-for-profit entities and banks. He has substantial experience in corporate transactional matters including, but not limited to, private and public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate takeovers, such as proxy contests and tender offers, corporate financings and restructurings and securitized loan transactions. Mr. Hollander is also a C.P.A. with "Big Five" accounting and tax experience. Mr. Hollander's accounting and tax experience in analyzing and structuring business transactions is valued as an asset by our clients. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
