Kenneth P. West has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Marvel Entertainment since June 2002. Prior to joining Marvel in 2002, Mr. West, a CPA, was CFO of privately held Colin Service Systems, Inc. – a privately-owned commercial office cleaning business with over 4,000 employees operating in ten states. Upon graduation from Carnegie Mellon University – with a BS degree in Management (plus two other majors), Ken spent over 15 years with the Stamford, Connecticut office of Ernst & Young – principally in the auditing division serving middle market and entrepreneurial growth entities.
Mr. Walke founded investor relations and corporate communications firm Morgen Walke in 1982. At the time of its sale the company was the largest independent investor relations firm in the country. Mr. Walke served as chairman and CEO of publicly traded Guideline Inc. from 2001 until its sale in 2007. During his tenure the company doubled revenues and became a diversified business. Currently Mr. Walke serves on the board of directors of a number of publicly traded companies. Mr. Walke has a BS in accounting from Syracuse University.
Mitch Boden is the President and Owner of Tangible Media, a full service media planning and buying company for both traditional and interactive media based in New York City. Since his acquisition of Tangible in 2005, billings have grown over 300%. Mr. Boden has spent over 25 years in the media industry starting his career at Benton and Bowles and then subsequently working at both Ted Bates and NW Ayer prior to joining Tangible Media. He holds a BS in marketing from Lehigh University.
Ms. Lyn Andrews brings over 30 years of senior level executive experience in sales, marketing and general management for traditional and new media businesses: CBS Television Network, ABC Radio Networks, WebMD, The Weather Channel, weather.com, Boomerang Mobile Media and TheHealthCentral Network. She is a proven leader in meeting the strategic, operational and cultural challenges of both mature, early stage, start-up and turn-around companies while consistently increasing revenues, profits, and market share. As the first Chief Revenue of Officer of The HealthCentral Network, a turn-around start up, Lyn rebuilt the entire sales operation: inventory management infrastructure, marketing, positioning, product development and pricing. A newly hired sales force generated year over year growth of 30+%.
Mr. Russ Brown has more than 25 years of marketing experience. He is currently president of business development and merchandising with Iconix Brand Group New York. Mr. Brown has been a marketing consultant for the Guggenheim Museum, Showtime Networks Bauer Publishing (In Touch, Life & Style) and DSI Interactive game publishers. Previously Mr. Brown was a founder of 360ep assisting in the turn around of Marvel Enterprises where he was responsible for worldwide merchandising, ad sales and promotions as executive vice president. Mr. Brown has also held senior management positions with Hearst Entertainment, DL Blair and Don Jagoda Associates. Mr. Brown is also on the board and a professor at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business teaching a wide array of marketing disciplines.
Keith J. Caggiano is a senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis, a global real estate company headquartered in New York. Mr. Caggiano provides real estate brokerage services and strategy to corporate and institutional owners and tenants through out the Tri State area. Over the past 5 years he has been responsible for transactions totaling more than 4 million square feet.
